Oink Oink! This adorable pig Perler Bead project serves as a love pun card and can be given as encouragement or to let you know you love them!
Pigs are one of the most adorable creatures around. They are incredibly fun to have on any farm, or even mini-farm if you are not a large-scale farmer.
What you didn’t know is that pigs can help contribute to one’s love of puns. Notably… love and encouragement puns.
I Miss You PIG Time.
We’ve done so many Perler Bead love pun projects – you can see all of them by heading back here.
I love this succulent Perler Bead card because it makes a great gift to someone going through a rather rough time! Send it to someone that’s on your mind, or for any of the following:
-
- love you
- thinking of you
- encouragement
- miss you
- Valentine
Pig Perler Bead
This Pig Perler Bead combines just 3 colors and brings them together to create a card that anyone would love and appreciate.

First, gather your beads and count out each color required:
-
- Black: 47
- Pink: 71
- Dark Pink: 13
Get started by laying out all of your materials on a flat surface. I like to lay a clean terry towel down to prevent the beads from rolling around the table.
You’ll start the layout with the feet of the pig, and then slowly work your way to the ears. When the piggy is complete, get ready to iron your creation.
Lay your wax paper atop and gently press with a warm iron for 30-35 seconds. Avoid over-pressing or you might melt the board!

In addition to those items you’ll also want to have:
-
- 8.5 x 11 cardstock
- adhesive dots (pick up at the Dollar Tree)
- paper cutter
- 5×7 envelopes (pick up at Hobby Lobby or here on Amazon)
- completely optional: 5×7 adhesive sleeves
- This card – I Miss You PIG Time! (prints 2 per page)
This PDF/Card is handmade by me. You may not re-sell this PDF or re-distribute as your own.
Once you print the card, cut the paper in half with a paper cutter, and affix your piggy on top with a single adhesive dot. Isn’t he cute? I named my pig Percy. I suggest finding a name for yours, too 😉
Then place in a 5×7 adhesive sleeve. Tuck in a 5×7 envelope and mail with a single forever stamp.
